Rowlands Services..........

My father, David Rowland started our company in 2000. He worked out of our home in Taylors, SC., as a one man van doing refrigeration for small bars, restaurants and convenience stores. In 2006, he asked me, Alan Rowland, to join him so I could take over when he retired.

 

I rode with him during the day and went to school at night and learned the trade. He retired in 2010 and I went and found a small shop and started trying to recruit a team for our company and adding the Coleman Heating and Air Conditioning franchise.

 

We are starting our 10th year as Coleman Dealers. We hired others about a year and a half ago and have continued to develop our team at Rowlands Heating and Air. This coming June 2024, we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary.
